Alina Chaiderov
B. 1984, Leningrad - Lives in Stockholm, Sweden
Alina Chaiderov deepens the relationship between private and collective memory by creating sculptures marked by a conceptual tradition and affirming an unequivocal material presence. Drawing on her own memories, she highlights, through the prism of her self-revelation, a broader historical, social and cultural context. Through shifts and movements in her installations, the artist addresses themes of matter, time, body and space, emphasizing the hidden, poetic and symbolic dimensions of the elements.
