B. 2002, Kanagawa - Lives and works in Tokyo, Japan

"I paint trivial incoherent moments that I encounter in my life, and what I was feeling in the moment, that would be forgotten if I didn’t paint them.
There are no specific models for the people who appear in my paintings.
I try to paint people as vague humans that are also myself, yet nobody at the same time."
-Ibuki Inoue
